My office is Rowan county, I haven't had to deal with them to much.
They've been pretty good to call back (eventually)in my earlier benefit days.
However, they're are the ones that repeatedly said theres'
No such thing as a pullforward, ha!
I have to also hope by May 22nd they add another 30 day extension date or finally extend to the end of 2010.

Goodluck and hopefully's backatcha!
KC-

It took three weeks! Remember though that I fell at a deadline that ws extended. Lots of phone calls etc. I did finally talk to a man at the 866 number who was able to fix everything. I had called every other day until something happened. Like I said earlier, I knew something had happened when my status changed from exhausted to unknown.

Yeah, I remember that you had a time of it!
My UI will end exactly one week after the new deadline date of May 22nd, it would've been on that date.. however I worked a whole week and made no UI for one week in March., so now it ends May 29th
I'm counting on waiting at least 3 weeks.
Don't know what I'll do without pay for 3 weeks, but I know everyone has had to go through this and I am very greatful I still have benefits at all!
It could be so much worse.

Do you think they'll retro back for me as I await the pullforward, like they did for you?
My pullforward should bring me into tier 2 with 9 weeks left to go.
Geeze, I'm talking like they'll pass another extension.
I sure hope they do!!!!

I don't see why they wouldn't give you the retro payments.

I think there will be another extension. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. (And say a prayer too--- that may work better)

I have received the max number of weeks of UI and tiers 1-3. I will meet the deadline for the june 2nd extension & should get tier 4. I've had no disqualifications of any kind.My questions is this will I qualify for EB? No one in raleigh or at the local office seems to be able to answer this question

Jdljr is the resident expert, but I think if this is your first benefit year and have not collected EB before, that you would be eligible, but there may be other determining factors that I either don't know or have forgotten. I got it (part of of it before my benefit year ended) in my 1st benefit year, but not 2nd.

In the spirit of updates posted this evening, I checked my status today. (I exhausted T3 exactly on the week ending 4/3. I have certified both weeks since then, expecting week #14 of T2 and 1 week of T4, but have yet to be paid. I've been stuck!)

Well--on my payment history, it says wk 14 was processed yesterday, but nothing regarding first wk of T4. A rep had done an A1 transaction which I think sorta messed everything up...yesterday it showed my benefit year beginning 4-12-2010. Today it is correct. I signed up for direct deposit, but the wk 13 payment is not in my account yet, although my bank does usually hold it an extra day, so I'm hoping the money is there tomorrow. Next, I'm hoping they start processing T4. The rep had told me I would not get T4, but EB from my old benefit year, which...I'm pretty sure this is erroneous. I did seem to recall that they let some folks draw EB while they worked on programming for T3 & 4 and since this problem I'm having is a programming issue, maybe they are allowing EB til it's fixed????I'm not sure, but at least SOMETHING happened today.
