True, its important to have all the info
name, job position, full address, phone number, email etc and as long as it looks
neat and in order
99% its fine

my guess is that they would only bother to call "questionable" ones that have incomplete or wrong info, or are very sloppy and look suspicious

they are going to have to make allowances if they dont want the wrath to come down on them. with people suddenly dropped into the middle of EB.
keep in mind, when you are in EB, you have to seek employment twice a week, but on TWO DIFFERENT DAYS.
and some reps try and and go technical in that the rule says CONTACTS, not just dropping a resume online.

Exactly. And I don't think you're there long either from what I've heard. I think you just need to meet with a rep and turn the form in and they'll just look it over pretty quick and that's the end of it. If it's a mess...they'll probably look into it...jdljr always said it's important to keep GOOD records. I've gotten lazy lately and have just been marking them in a spreadsheet. I would certainly have to put it in the form and clean it up a bit.

I, too, was qualified for a second year in March and have been receiving reduced weekly payments vs. year 1. As a result, I had over $1,600 deposited into my account yesterday from ESC.
When I called ESC yesterday, I was told that I will now receive: 1 week from Tier 2, Tier 3 is exhausted, 6 weeks from Tier 4 and 20 weeks EB--all at the higher, original year 1 rate.
ESC also told me I am fortunate, as some will end up owing the State.

yeah, I had to go 3 times(EB reviews) in (8 weeks)
all 3 times, they made copies of my papers from 6 weeks back and then gave them back to me and asked if I needed to ask any questions ect....
I went to a low key office, no crowds ect.... I know it was different in Charlotte for a few others had posted that on here.
I was on EB during all of June and July while the senate was out., I was greatful for it (then) and glad to know it replaced my tier one and went back in full force after tier 4.
Of course that was all a mistake and I should've just been on my merry way with a pullforward all along.

As far as I know and heard from this thread...it goes for everyone that collects EB.

They send out a letter and usually give you several days before you have to show up for your EB review.
But you only have to go every 4 weeks, not once a week.
For some strange reason I had to go every 3 1/2 weeks, making it 3 times in 2 months...(my luck)

I was suppose to have a meeting two weeks ago with the ESC rep. since I was selected to participate in a 16 week program where I was to attend workshops. I was sick and rescheduled and will go Monday for this meeting. Could this have something to do with these letters I am receiving? How could I receive money since May that I was not suppose to receive? May was when I had to go back into the office and a "second Year" transitional Claim was established. Has anyone had this happen to them? I am freaking out. My ESC online claim says my benefits are exhausted and I don't know what to do!!!!!! I know I will have appeal this but I am not sure why I am even receiving these letters! Any information to ease my mind will be very helpful...
Thanks,

It's a HUGE mess! However, if you have time read back from page 292 on, where jdljr announced this was going to happen and then the trcikle down of all of us posting here as we recieved the news via letters for the past few days.
Many more may get them by Monday.
It was on the local news today.,a friend called and told me all about it,but I missed it.
This has affected around 40,000 people state wide!
