Just received another letter. It is a "Wage Transcript and Monetary Determination" form NCUI-550. It is identical to the form I received this past January when I started my 2nd year of unemployment, except that at the bottom it reads "Claim has indefinite/ineligible disqualification".

I think this is just saying that Year 2 regular UI of 13 weeks should have never occurred.

ive been on hold for an hour+ now with REMOTE SERVICES after being on hold 4 hours with CUSTOMTER SERVICE earlier... i gave up after 4 hours and called another #... maybe that was a bad call....

UPDATE after 2, and still no payment, not even a 1/2 which makes no sense since it took my claim on sunday...

YES since u explain it in more detail--- my guess is that it means YEAR 2 IS DISQUALIFIED, not affecting year 1 for you
so u should still be good

BUT why cant they write anything clear?!?!?! EVER?!?!?!? it always has to be vague and confusing BS!

MY local offices are all saying the same thing--- ( i called 4 of them) WE ARE NOT TAKING PHONE CALLS- U HAVE TO COME IN! BUT i have seen the others posting how that was useless and all they were being told is that RALEIGH IS FIXING THIS... so i dont want to waste 7 hours waiting to have a rep tell me nothing!

Now I have received a FIFTH Determination of Overpayment letter. My total owed is over $1,600. Nothing has shown up in my bank account yet. I continue to hope . . .
