Member 2009.... That is what I understand the eligiblity to be also. Per a rep I spoke with on Thursday. This is a ROLLING extension from the original ECU08 past by Pres Bush in Nov 2008. This is nothing but an added extension the the original ECU08 of tier 1...Tier 2...Now rolling into Tier 3 and Tier 4

Member since you addressed me I will respond. You have every right to do exactly as your temperament and logic deems fit. Unfortunately we are not able to force anyone at esc to do anything. And being ugly to a rep either on boards or at esc isnt going to change the fact that your family will have no roof.

And you might be surprised what lawmakers can accomplish when the heat is put on them.

jdljr,

I appreciate all the info. I just filed my new claim online.

One more quick question:

During my initial benefit year I had a part-time temporary job for a few months. I made less than my earnings allowance. I left the job when the position (teaching a class) was completed.

Will this impact my eligibility for benefits in my new benefit year?

Again, thanks a bunch!

lynnte i wasnt ugly to anyone. i honestly don't care about ESC or its reps. I wish i never have to deal with them, but the situation dictates the opposite. I read the bill, i am eligible, i need to get paid, that's the bottom line.
