It lets you file but it won't let you view your claim until noon on Sundays.

Your claim for the week of 5/21/2011 has been accepted for processing

is what mine says and on the other page it has had "benefits exhausted" for a month now but still getting a check until of course april 16.

My benefit year ends on June 6, I wonder how that will effect the rest of the 20 weeks I am supposed to get?

Just checked it said benefits exhausted when I view my claim. Also, i get " There are no more weeks for you to file as your records are up to date" I wonder if I rolled over to EB.

Under your claim profile just below tax withholding area there will be an effective EB date. If not then your not into EB yet.

Ok I guess I'm not in it yet. I will call tomorrow and see if I need to do anything for when they get things corrected.

"Alida HartleyJust watched "North Carolina Today" on TV. Thom Tillis said they would work out an agreement next week. He talked like the Republicans were going to take the high road in this. Said they haven't heard from the Governor yet, but would work out a compromise next week. I hope they hurry!!"

This is from the Facebook site Reinstate EB. Sounds positive to me.
