Does anyone in the legislature know what they are doing? So much misinformation.

Where it say's on the top of the house schedule, you may sponsor bills until friday @5pm. If the house votes yes on the h439 bill, can the senate do it electronically then send to the governor?

They cleared the Friday cal. and moved it all to Tuesday. Why would they even schedule a session? Unless they are going to do the same as they did with h383. Who knows? When your dealing with what seems to be a bunch of pissed off 2nd graders you can't really tell whats going to happen next.

He repeated it was a STAND ALONE bill and there should be no way she would veto it!!!! I couldn't thank him enough. The end is in SIGHT!!!!
I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet. It's possible it could be separated from the budget, yet contain conditions for the unemployed to receive benefits that go beyond federal requirements. This could result in a court challenge. So, it might not be the Governor vetoing it this time, it could be a judge and it would be a much lengthier process.
