i live in hickory nc...if i lived closer i would have worked all day then after he paid me....its headbutt to the nose time

As an accountant let me say that an employer does not have to give a 1099 if the monies paid are less than $600 unless the law was changed. I've been out of work for 2 years.

When she completes her weekly verification for this week, she will just need to report the $8 bucks she made. I'm sure that figure is no where need what she can make for the wk and still be eligible to receive benefits. a 1099 is not required unless over 800 annum.

o.k. so it is now $800.00. True about the verification but technically speaking if you quit a job you can become ineligible right?

Unfortunatly the article for her doing the work is kidna iffy. It did not go into details about what he made her do. It came out looking like he was a good guy to offer her the job unfortunatly, and tht she was just playing him. I dont agree with that, just what it looks like.
