My benefit year doesn't end until October either but since I can't file I am unclear as to how they'll know to roll me into EB if it gets triggered back on.

They will know because when october comes you will get a letter stating. Hey man its a new benifit year and unfortionatly you have no benifits to draw on so your screwed only because u did not make any money for the last 6 quarters... But if u are working more power to ya...20 weeks put you right at the first week in Oct...THEY GOT U IN THE SYSTEM FOR EVERYTHING THAT WOULD PRETAIN TO ANYTHING REGARDING UNEMPLOYMENT LET SAY EVEN IF THEY WERE GIVING OUT RAISES....OR i HAD THIS ONCE WE MADE A MISTAKE..

My Benefit Year: Start was 04/11/10
End was 04/09/11

My claim profile says I went on EB 03/27/11 and it does not show an end date. Is that the "benefit year" you are talking about? I am confused . Am I completely SOL.

Did you get anything telling you that you needed to reapply to start a new benefit year?

I received a letter saying "you are monetarily eligible for EB as follows:
No mention of refiling...just weekly certifications via phone or internet.

It showed monies that were allowed for 20 weeks tho. The system should have sent you a letter regarding the new benifit year. That new benifit year started 04/10/2011. Now with that in place it starts going back to see if you qualify for the state system. If not You stay right were you are at untill the 20 weeks of monies runs out. I think 99.9% of us are in the same situation and if they can save .1% of a octeen million billion dollars by this way they will to put in the States pocket at a LATER DATE WHEN ALL SAID AND DONE....Simply said some people requalified for state benies.....

Forgot to mention that I have tried to file weekly certifications since April, the system always says exhausted, so I have not been filing, does that make any sense .
