I think they meant to say The bill is not necessary because EB is "NOW" in the budget bill which is supposed to be "veto proof"

EB is in the budget. section 6.16

Now it is on the Gov to sign when it hits her desk. If she vetoes, with the 5 Dem's it will still get done, it would take much longer. IMO if it is veto proof, she should just sign it and get the inevitable over.

it would only take longer if she decides to hold it, instead of instant veto.

A veto itself would slow the process as to where a signature puts it in effect,,,,, and thats what most of us need!!!!!!!!
