They already have, not sure how long it took.

"The U.S. Department of Labor has reviewed the executive order and agreed to begin releasing the money," Perdue Spokeswoman Chrissy Pearson said Friday.

Glad you guys could file. That'll make things easier for you. Many of us on here couldn't though. The ESC told me they will just need to do somethign to trigger EB on for us. They don't know what that is yet. It might mean a visit to the ESC or maybe just a call or online registration.

I'm still concerned about the RETRO pay for everyone though. Only because Perdue's EO doesn't state that it become affective as of April 16th like the verbage in the budget states.

I sure hope so. We're getting our EB, maybe there's hope for the budget as well.

It does say my benefits are exhausted, but she says that will change when the system is updated and up to speed.

So.....she says I will receive retro payments for all weeks filed, and this could reflect on Monday. Also told me to keep checking the internet and my bank account. If there aren't any $ deposits in there after Monday, I should call them back. Very nice and informative lady, I must say.
Wow. That's awesome!

OMG! I have been gone all morning and came back to this. I am crying right now. I hope it is retro, but if not I am so grateful for this.

My Tier 4 also ran out the first week of May, but it has let me keep on filing, so I would assume that if have been able to file it will be retro, but that could just be wishful. Time will tell, either way, it's a little sweat off my back.

Ahh...so it was under US DOL review all this time and they just happened to get it all finalized just hours before the veto-proof budget vote in the House. Well, my oh my, that's convenient.
