same here,,, but I think it will be as simple as a phone call to get it straightened out, just rember that about 20,000 of us are in the same boat so it may be a little frustrating to get through

?????? My extended benefits ended the last week of May. I called Thursday of this week but it said they were exhausted. I called again today and of course it said the same. My question do i call again over the weekend or wait until Monday or what. Im really clueless.

What I was told before even leaving Tier 4 if I exhaust my Tier 4 benies I need to call them "PERSON TO PERSON" to move over to the EB PROGRAM. GOOD LUCK...

You need to be more clear here, you said your EB ended in May, or do you mean your T4.. If you mean EB, then you will get back pay for a month and a half and that is it, if you mean T4 then you need to contact them.
