I lived in Carolina for a short time earlier this year, and bought tickets to the Coca-Cola 600 for Memorial Day weekend. I got ripped off basically, and paid quite a bit over face value, but that was my own fault I fully understand that.

I am no longer able to use the tickets, and am now living in New Jersey. The tickets are great seats, and I want to put them on Ebay to try to sell them. I am not expecting to get back EVERYTHING I paid, but face value on the seats is $113 a piece.

What are the laws on selling tickets from NJ for the event in NC. Is there a maximum price I cannot exceed? I want to obviously make as much as back as I can. But want to obey all laws.
