I am interested in hearing from any North Carolina teachers regarding the teaching conditions in any of the following counties: Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Chatham, Wake and/or Wayne.

I already know about salaries. I am wondering what the working conditions are like from a teacher standpoint. I'd like to hear both the good points and the bad points as I am relocating from Catawba County to one of these counties this summer. Do you feel supported, safe, valued, respected, etc.? Is there room for professional growth within the district? What do you like or not like about your job? You know, the things only teachers can really explain to other teachers.

If you would rather contact me by PM that is fine with me.

Thank you very much,

CG
