I would buy the Cartwrights Ponderosa- Didn't they only like 15% of Nevada?

Anyway I would still move. Maryland might have been in the running but in the end I still think I would have ended up in NC.

I'm living there. I would just own instead of rent.

You know it occurs to me that, that is quite something to be thankful for.

To paraphrase John Denver, "Thank God I'm A City Boy."

PS-I am flying down to NC Mountains tomorrow to visit my Mom. Bojangles here I come!!!

We'd still leave AZ and move to NC. We'd just buy one of those big homes on Lake Norman instead of what we plan to buy. Hmmm...I think I found it...It's only 4.5 million and is about 8000 square feet. Yah, Yah, that's the one!

So, the reason we want to leave AZ is mainly the quality of life as well! I just hope we all get to meet up with each other some day.

Take care, All

I have lived allover the west coast over the last 14 years and my answer is easy... If I had enough money to live anywhere I would move to La Jolla, CA.

My wife and I always joke that "when we win the lotto tonight, we are going to move back to La Jolla"

But I havent won... yet.
