Forget the melamine (Melamine derivatives of arsenical drugs are potentially important in the treatment of African trypanosomiasis) Do you feel better now? I didn't think so....anyway, I'm looking for Mexican food restaurants in the triangle area, mainly Durham/Chapel Hill. Coming from Diego as in San Diego, I need my regular fix of enchilades, tacos, burritos, Al Pastor, and carnitas. Any help would definitely help this lost southern boy.

Cosmic Cantina in Durham is decent. The place is quite a dump, but the food is good.
