Default Low Cost Health Insurance?

Hello. I will be moving to NC in less than a year. I am wondering if NC has any kind of low cost health insurance programs similar to Healthy NY? Healthy NY is for low income families, and has salary caps...but it has much higher than Medicaid limits. I saw something online for children, but not for adults or families. Thank you!

Only NC Health Choice and it's just for people under 21. Otherwise it's just medicaid and you almost have to be living in a cardboard box to qualify.
