Default Scotland neck question

Hello.Does anyone have any information on Scotland Neck? Crime,employment,general area? Please reply if you could tell me anything.I found a really nice house there.Thank you.

Scotland Neck. Interesting to see this small town on this board. Well, from what I remember going thru SN on my way to Rocky Mount or Raleigh SN is a very depressed little town with hardly anything there. The main street through town has lots of boarded up businesses and there is basically nothing there. Maybe 1-2 grocery stores and McDonalds or Hardees. No business to speak of. I would not recommend living there.

thats a shame to hear.I dont know if you've heard of this home,it's in the historic property listings.The napoleon bonaparte josey house.Look it up online if you don't know of it.It's so gorgeous.I've always dreamed of owning a home like that.Too bad to hear it's not in a very good area.Thanks for responding

Actually SN has some very beautiful homes on the north end of town (I think it is) and may even have more in other areas but the economy there is the pits. Such a shame really.
