I've recently had to find a new one (former company went bankrupt) and it took me two months....and the company (Fortune 500 level) I found employment with is looking for other positions....well above fair wage with room for advancement....and they are having trouble finding candidates that want to work.
I guess companies aren't begging.....but...not quite sure about really 'scarce' quite yet.
