Between Greensboro and Sanford
Howdy!
We are relocating our family of 5 to the area between Greensboro and Sanford in the next 2-3 weeks and are just beginning to research the area. We need access to both areas and would like to live in the middle.
Any thoughts on towns like Liberty and Siler City? I like that they are right on 421.
How is the rental market for houses? I believe we would prefer to rent the first year and would love to find a house with a little bit of seclusion and some woods behind it. We have three small children (8-6-2) but schools are not too important as we home school.
Any thoughts appreciated.
