Default Indian Trail - Brandon Oaks

Anyone have any thoughts on Indian Trail and Brandon Oaks? My husband and I are moving to the area and are comtemplating living Indian Trail and in that sub-division. There seem to be quite a few homes for sale. Any reason other that there are a lot of homes in the sub division? Thanks for your help!

My parents are moving there next month. It really is a nice community, lots of families if you have kids. There are a lot of homes because they just keep selling, and building, selling, and building...

Joanchris is right, I'd post this on the Charlotte forum.

Just one thing, the commute to Charlotte from Indian Trail is not so good. It takes quite a while just to get into Matthews during rush hour.

Good luck!!
