Default Bagworms

Our neighbor just informed us that she spotted something called bagworms on our shrubs. We have several tall shrubs in the front of our house, and about half are infested. Anyone have an idea on how to get rid of them. I had never known bagworms existed until now. Thanks for your help!

Only bugs we've seen so far are flies and crickets. They are everywhere. Hardly any mosquitos. Little black ants also and they hurt when they bite.
