Of course...they'll still call and I'll still answer my cell but the file will be in the good hands of another agent in the office and my sellers will be fine. I truly believe that its all in letting your sellers and your buyers know what is going on. How annoying for those of us that are control freaks to put our future in someone else's hands and not be able to call that person and TELL them what we need!!! Oh...did I mention that I got into RE because when I tried to sell my house about 20 years ago, I didn't like any of the agents that I spoke with??? I had a good idea of what not to be!!! Vicki
You're just a glutten for punishment. But seriously speaking, I think it's good to have gone thru the experience of selling a home thru an agent. It's a 'Lessons Learned' so that you get a better appreciation of what is really done when selling a home and what to look for if you had to go thru this again in the future.

they also work great on the metal part of sliders, french doors, windows. even vinyl. love them

Well, I would say that the borders probably meet pretty close. My husband told me that I put the stress upon myself and that I should show the house on my terms not on anyone else's. Well, how the heck can we get a buyer if I'm constantly refusing to show the house except for evenings and weekends. Most of the clients were coming mid-day. Then at one point my husband told me that he couldn't understand what stress I can possibly have. Well, it's a good thing for him that I was not PMSing at the time because I would have pulled his head from the other end of the phone line and drag him thru the cord, and slapped him over the head with a frying pan, then toss him into the pool. Just kidding of course (well....nah, he's a keeper). Again, seriously speaking, it can be very traumatic and even more the day you have to sign the papers and leave the home. All I can say is......BEER! (Funny thing is that I barely drink).

Oh no. I can deal with that. What I can't stand is when the toilet seat is not put back down. That has me climbing the walls.

mmdj43..when are you moving?? Matthews right? We were just in NC this past weekend to do go the the design center, etc... & we stopped in a community in Matthews called Greylock. Nice model in there..Ryan homes. You'll be in the next town over from us. Small world.
We're moving mid-September and heading to Matthews. I don't recall that community, but I think my husband may have stopped in over there. It's amazing how close we'll be. We have to stay in touch. I'll PM you as well about the design center.
