Default Taxes?

Do all the folks that own homes here and come up for the summer pay property taxes? Any perks they have that the rest of us (who live here year round) don't?

Thank you!!

Everyone who owns property in NC, is required to pay property tax. It doesn't matter if they are a resident, non-resident or part-time resident of the state or county in which the property is located.
