Default Salisbury NC Sunset Point
I am going down to High Rock Lake to look at property in Sunset Point community in Salisbury. My friend checked it out the other day and said alot of property is for sale. Anyone know why? Is it just the bad market or is thier an underlying problem? Any comment on Salisbury would be welcome too! Thanks in Advance Rich

Most lots on the water front sold at the community opening in 2006-07. So right now the people who bought to speculate are trying to sell.

Nice development with some lovely homes. Both lakefront and non-lakefront lots are available. As was stated above, many lots were purchased on speculation and are now being resold.

Any insight on the HS that serves the area would be helpful. I understand it's North Rowan HS? Thanks!
