My father's family is buried in the Catholic cemetery in Montpelier, mostly McQuades, Finnegans, and the French family, Naze. He would like to be buried one day with them. The cemetery website doesn't give a contact to inquire about a plot, nor does the township site.
Can anyone near there help me find the right link or contact? Perhaps the parish office phone number?
Tried to do a little research for you, but I am not finding much. About the only gov't phone number I can find for Montpelier is for the post office. My bet is someone there could point you in the right direction.
Remember small towns, someone will know someone who will know what you want to know.
Thank you for that help. I will call the post office, and I appreciate your looking into this. If anything else develops regarding how to get buried at St. Hubert's, I will be grateful, and happy to share what I find out...
May I ask who wrote this and where you are from? I am Catherine Fiss, daughter of Gary Fiss, granddaughter of LuElla(Naze,Finnegan) Fiss. I grew up in Jamestown ND and currently reside in Hawaii. I'm very interested to know who you are, apparently, a relative.
Most small towns have a Cemetary Board and one of those people will have the names of who is buried there and where. They should also be able to tell you if a plot is available.
