Stripping a waxing floors, carpet cleaning jobs in ND (Fargo: find a job, maintenance)

Are there jobs in ND like this? My father has 25 years of experience doing this in Chicagoland, but currently he can't find a job here. Since North Dakota needs employees now he could move anywhere where he'd find employment. Anybody know if such positions are needed there and how to find such a job?

I am not sure there are any jobs available in ND for that right now. I would check out the larger towns, such as Fargo or Grand Forks. jobsnd.com is always a good place to start.
