That would surprise me. But in these trying times, I suppose anything can happen just about anywhere. Albeit, I think a rarity for North Dakota. Wife and I moved back after 42 years. Was the best move we ever made. Teens are just as goofy today, as we were back in the 60's. Saying that, the stats for the kids in North Dakota are much better than many other areas of our country.
