Everyone is entitled to their opinions. I'm guessing no matter where you live, there are going to be places some people just don't fit in or enjoy...and so they move on. Just because you didn't like Rugby, doesn't mean others won't find it a wonderful place to settle down. It is what you make of it...obviously Rugby just wasn't for you. But, a few thousand in the area obviously enjoy it, otherwise they wouldn't stay.

I was born in Rugby, got my driver's license in Harvey, lived 35 miles from both. Was 40 miles from Devils Lake. It seemed that we were 40 miles from everywhere.
