Default ND Trucking jobs

I have also heard of good trucking jobs in ND, specifically a job driving a tanker truck, CDL training provided, housing provided, work 2 weeks, off 2 weeks, transportation to/from home during off time, making $85K / year. True? Anyone know which company?

That sounds too good to be true. 2 on 2 off? Work half the year and make $85k? AND transport to and from. Wow. I'm not aware who would have that schedule. Sounds more like a frac crew schedule. Halco is 2 on 1 off and they could make similar money to start. I just can't believe the 2 on 2 off. I've been wrong before though.

Thanks for your input Kychlo, sounds too good to be true to me too. Heard this through the grapevine, you know, helpful folks wanting to help me out heard something from a cousin or something like that and the msg gets a little "optimized" along the way. I'm laid off on west coast with daughter to raise and house, willing to travel and work hard but not leave home base. Could almost do it 1/2 time though. There was a craigslist driver job 15 days on / off $30hr with living included, prob in the man camp of trailers (which doesn't look all that bad). Thanks again.

That's more than likely driving for an owner operator. There are some good ones up here but there are more bad ones. Ask what their pay schedule is. Some owner ops pay when they get paid. It's pretty regular to be strung out 30-45 days waiting for payment to the truck. Does that mean the drivers are strung out that far too?? You need to ask some specific questions about this outfit. And sometimes the housing provided is the sleeper of he truck you are driving.
