The building with the green panels is the Ramsey County Courthouse - not sure what the brick building behind it is.

Been through the area, but didn't have time to stop and take any pictures. Rolla is a neat little town, but didn't get to visit the others. Ghosts of North Dakota has a few shots of the school, but not any of the others.

Ah, thanks, I hadn't known about that site. When I was last in the area, in 1969, Sarles had 8 people and Hansboro had 12. In addition to the old school, Sarles once had a lovely central park area with a walk-through fountain-like structure (not sure what it actually was), but even in 1969 it was decaying and overgrown.

Hey everyone asking a huge favor of anyone who could post a nice pic of north dakota holding out a piece of paper that says Phillip, Kathryns love for you is so big it has reached North Dakota its for a Valentines day gift I would be so appreciative!

I have a request for anyone that has a digital camera around Lake Metegoshe and/or the North Dakota badlands. Would like to see some fall pictures of those areas.
