Dickinson area housing?
I've been reading the threads here since I am in talks with an oil company about a job in the area. I am told that this companies employees generally live in Minot or Dickinson (or any of the smaller towns between).
I've heard about the loss of homes in Minot due to both oil and flooding. But I haven't heard a thing about Dickinson, how is it and it's immediate areas in terms of housing both rental and buying? Are the odds better or worse inside the city limits versus out in the country? I've found a moderate amount of available units on realtor.com, google and yahoo realty but I'd rather get the opinion of folks actually from ND.
