Here is an interesting review:
We decided to stop here for the night because it was the only campground listed in the AAA Campbook for Williston. After paying we were given a sheet of rules -- and found that the restrooms and showers are locked between 9pm and 9am!! No access for anyone. No refunds either, so we went ahead and stayed.
We were in a tent so had to use the campground restrooms and showers. The doors on the stalls in the women's room do not have locks. Everyone was rushing to take showers before 9pm. At first we thought we'd have to drive to a convenience store just before bedtime to use the restrooms. It wasn't until about an hour after we had set up our tent that I noticed one porta-potty, and later we saw one more at the far end of the campground. When I visited the porta-potty after 9pm the sticker on the back of the door said it was meant to be used by 10 people for one week. There were two for the entire campground. So what is meant to be used by 20 people is actually used by probably 100 people for 12 hours a day. It did not appear that the porta-potty had ever been serviced, as it was 3/4 full. After baking in a hot summer sun all day the inside was -- well, you've probably been in a porta-potty in the summer. No hand sanitizer, although there was an outside sink near the office that worked.
This seems to mainly be a seasonal worker campground and there were several of the workers' children running around unsupervised.
Very noisy also -although it's a few blocks away from the highway the sound carries, and most of the people who live there seem to own diesel pickups and come home around 11pm.
