How do you feel about this??? Aspen Colorado's homeless shelter put a man, banned from the shelter for his bad behaviors on the bus Monday, headed for the North Dakota oil fields in Williston. I'll use his first name only, Jimmy, has been in the Aspen homeless shelter for a couple of months, originally arriving there from California. he has had several run-ins w/ the law there, most recently facing criminal charges for open container, criminal trespass, and for menacing a tourist. He was given a ticket to Williston by an anonymous donor, after a friend had told him about the jobs available in the oil fields of Williston. He has pending court appearances, one this past Wednesday, for his charges. The article went on to say Sending him to North Dakota will alleviate the burden on the Aspen area's police and court system....

Reminds me of the old Soviet Gulag system- sending criminals to Siberia for hard work and brutal living condition. Kind of like "One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich" by Solzhenitsyn.
