I have land in thorne nd close to the northern and eastern end of the oil patch. I am thinking about selling or renting my land for oil workers. Has anybody tried this? Do you think anyone is interested? Just looking for thoughts or advice etc.

Is that above rugby a 100 miles from Minot,and a 2 hr drive?

Also wondering just how far you are from Bakken developement. Bottineau may be close to older established oilfields, but it still quite far from current developement.

Thorne is perhaps 6 or 7 miles northwest of Rolette. Rolette is around 30 miles east southeast of Bottineau.
