What would be a dream retail store or restaurant that you could have in your town ?

Am I the only one who's at a total & complete loss as to why people love the Olive Garden so much? The food's not all that great and its possibly the most generic dining experience on the planet.
I think Bismarck-Mandan needs more restuarants on the river - prefereably non-chain ones. I suppose that would be my dream restuaraunt.

Olive Garden is great, need a good Italian restaurant. Why have another restaurant on the river, all it does is add more drunk boat drivers on the river. We don't need that, it is crazy out there already!!!
We definitely do not need anymore franchises like TGIF, Applebees, Ground Round.. Is the new Ruby Tuesday restaurant like them?

True that, when I was living in Yuma, Ariz., one opened and people were lined up outside to get in. I don't get it.
What's missing in Fargo is stuff that's open on Sunday. I've been a lot of places and it shocks me that this town litterally shuts down on Sunday still. It's like 1958 or something. Oh yah, and a Planet Sub.

Fargo needs a Jamba Juice and a Red Robin. Yumm!!! Oh yeah, and a Panda Express. We miss those places.

Panda Express? Guh-ross!
Jamba Juice or a local start-up equivalent would rock, too. Got any start-up capital, MyShell? Let's franchise.
