Bismarck/Mandan Rental Homes (apartment, work, houses)

We are looking to rent a home in the Bismarck/Mandan or rural area but are having no luck. Would there be any property management companies or rental agencies to contact? We are looking for a 3+ bdrm single family home in a nice area with a good elementary school. Our home is currently on the market and we are making preparations for our move. You could also look on various rental sites on the net. We did that for our apartment when we first moved and there were houses listed too. A duplex / twinhome works well for a rental home, and can be had alittle cheaper than a full on house just because it is a twin home, even with the same space.
