Default Questions about schools and health care

Does anyone have any information about public schools in North Dakota that have great special ed programs?
I won't bore you with my story, but my husband has a job offer in Dickinson area, but I know kids and I won't be able to find housing there.

SO I need to find a city we can live in that has great schools---special ed program for profoundly disabled children is a must----and close to good doctors (neurologist is a must) and such.

Any info you can give would be great.

Thanks

All of the major cities have special ed programs, Fargo, Minot, Bismarck, and Grand Forks. The University of Minot has classes on special education. Call them and they may be able to tell you which schools or programs that are available.

With your husband in Dickinson, Bismarck is your best choice for proximity.

Another program to investigate is the Anne Carlsen Center, which has a strong statewide reputation for working with the profounding disabled. They are headquartered in Jamestown but now are running satellite programs in several cities.
