I hope you & your husband can handle the brutal winters in north dakota. Hopefully your husband gets indoor work during the horrid winter months (compared to ca). Keep us posted.

Hello everyone just wanted to give a quick update. I'm still in California but hopefully that will change in the next few months. He is working for a construction company he started getting paid very little compared to other construction workers in the area but housing was provided so he took the chance. Now he has moved up, drives a company truck received a big raise I would say huge since its about $2500 more a month.

Today he wa offered a bigger position at his company and this would give us housing just for the two of us for a fair price and no sharing with other workers. We feel truly blessed and thankful for the opportunities ND has to offer. Being apart is hard but we have learned to communicate effectively with eachother and that is the key to a successful relationship. We know we will be together soon and all our sacrifices will pay off. Thanks everyone for taking the time to read this. Goodluck to all
