How come Fargo, Bismarck and Grand Forks are overlooked? (best cities, moving)

I read another one of those silly 50 Best Cities articles today and not a single city in North Dakota was mentioned.

I've read many of these type articles and have never found one yet that I agreed with. These articles reflect the author's own personal bias - which generally runs contradictory to mine. I hardly read these articles anymore or if I do it's only for amusement and I would never base a moving decision on these articles. I can do my own research and make up my own mind.

The ones I read it is usually because they only consider cities of a certain size and none of the cities here are large enough.
