Looking for Williston pictures.....
If anyone in Williston or nearby has a digital camera and can take some pictures, I'd REALLY appreciate if.. I have a few specific things I'm lookin' for..

I'm going to be in Williston early next week looking at some property. Anything in particular you're looking for? I'll be driving my big rig, so I have to watch were I can go.
I don't have a digital camera, but when I develop my film, I have them cut a CD for me.
BTW, does anyone know if you can rent a car in Williston. I've heard that there is a car rental agency at Sloulin Field - true?

Here are a couple place you can rent in Williston. I didn't put the phone numbers, because I don't think they allow that on this site. I also think a couple of the car dealerships will rent program cars also. You might want to check with Murphy Motors, Wiliston Chrysler, Williston Honda, Ryan motors, Stockman Ford...are a few of the local dealerships. below are the 2 car rental places I know of:
Dakota Car Rentals 717 W Broadway Williston, ND 58801
Avis Rent A Car 421 Airport Rd Williston, ND 58801
You might want to check before hand, as I think rental cars are in high demand...like housing. Good Luck.

These are not really pictures, but it is a news clip about the shortage of workers in Williston. It is a news video clip, and they do show some video of the downtown area...somewhat anyway. Williston News Video | Many Jobs Available in Williston |

I tried viewing the video, but for whatever reason, it didn't work. It'd play the 30 second sponsor commercial before it..
..but the actual report never loaded and the site would freeze up my browser.

I went in and was able to view from the posted link on this site. I'm guessing you must need an update or something??? The same video is listed on the homepage for KXMD...bottom right hand column has various news clips on Williston, etc... try this.

I too was able to vie the video. I had to search for it though, as the clip was moved as news updates take place on the site. Good things happening up in Williston. Glad to see the new energy taking place in that town.

I think Vista is causing my problem in not being able to view the video... oh well.
I do miss Williston alot, but It's obviously not in the cards for me to return.
