Question Texas family of 5 moving to Beach, ND

We are relocating to Beach, ND as soon as our house in Texas sales. We have a house in Beach we are doing paper work on now. We were wondering about the churches and schools. We were also wanting to know simple things like the price of living( milk, gas, groceries, etc.) Just thought I would ask before we got there... My husband has been driving a truck for 8 years and is looking for a job there as well. If anyone knows of anything please let us know....Thanks

I enjoyed the pictures. We have never lived anywhere but Texas, so it's great to see the beautiful sites that are in our soon to be new home state

Welcome Texas family. I don't think your husband will have a tough time finding a trucking job in your emmediate area. The oil industry is booming right now in western ND. From Williston down to Dickinson...energy companies are looking for semi drivers to haul anything from rigs to oil, salt water, to parts. Since you are close to Dickinson, check out Black Hills trucking as one example...or check with the local job service office and they will direct you to the openings. Plenty of jobs in western north dakota.
