House hunting around Belfield (Dickinson, Williston: for sale, rentals, brokers)

Hello,
We are thinking about moving from south central North Dakota to the Belfield area. We have lived in North Dakota for many years and don't want to leave the state. We will need a bit of space we have 1 horse and 1 dog that are very much part of the family so maybe something with a little land for grazing would be very nice. We are willing to rent or buy. We are a married couple (husband & wife) and our 2 small boys. A living space with 2 or 3 bedrooms would work for us.

With the oil boom going on in western ND, not sure what the market is like in Belfield...news articles on housing in the Williston area, indicate they are building houses as fast as they can, but waiting lists for rentals with a 6-12month wait. Belfield/Dickinson may be in better shape for housing.

Might try Watford City there is smaller plots of land for sale and there are houses for sale and some rentals I saw a couple of rural places listed on Basin Brokers web site last time I was there
