Default skate parks in ND

i have scrolled through the other threads posted and about four or five pages back i noticed a person had asked about skate parks in the fargo area. i was wondering if there would be any available in the western parts of the state as well... the minot/bismarck areas perhaps?
i also have a son that's interested in skateboarding and had access to enclosed skate parks and have yet to find something "safe" in our area to take him to and was wondering if there would be something available up there for preteens to skate without breaking laws.

williston, nd - Google Video

Above is a google link to the Williston, ND skatepark. Video of a skateboard competition

during the clip, there is a little explosion thing, and you get a blip of a Fargo skatepark...not sure what that was all about, but it does give you a shot of a Fargo park, and then the Williston one during most of the clip.

Doesn't Bismarck also have an indoor skate park? or did that close. It used to be over behind the Senior Highrise area west of Buffalo Wild wings...or did that place close down? The building was painted black. It probably wasn't a part of the Bismarck parks and recs.

Minot has 2 skate parks, a big one in Roosevelt park. They are both outdoors.
