I'm interested in returning to the USA and either teaching (getting certification, possibly) or possibly working as an EMT. I was paramedic trained and certified while in the US Army, but have not worked in the field in a long time and would have to go thru retraining--but not too concerned about it.
North Dakota looks like a state I might like. But the thing is, I don't have a clue about to even get started. Can someone give me some pointers to start out, please. Kinda considering an RV to live in just to start out, is it too cold for that? Thanks!

First I'll start out: Annyong hashimnikka?
I spent 14 months in Korea. You will find North Dakota isn't too much different weather wise than Korea is, except for the fact that its colder.
An RV is possible, but it would have to be winterised for the North Dakota winter climate. Also, since RV's are typically warmer weather vehicles, your furnace will probably run alot. Not sure, but there are RV's that may be designed better for cold weather conditions. I would certainly look into that if your serious about RVing it in North Dakota. As far as work is concerned, I think teaching or being a paramedic in North Dakota are jobs you would be able to find there. You might want to check out this website:
