My understanding from people I know in the area, MBI has being slowly (and I do mean slowly) increasing their work load. Perhaps they had stalled contract negotiations, but things seem to have stabilized for them a bit, and my guess is that with a short hop in increased production has helped that front.

People continue to work for them, and their checks are still valid. I'm not sure if their water is still going, because my understanding was they were stopping that, in lieu of a water pipeline coming into play. North Dakota is really trying to get pipelines for everything going to eliminate truck traffic, so you can anticipate that trucking won't last forever.

I worked for MBI for 10yrs, it was time to leave, there were days that I worked hard and didn't make much money.
The crude oil hauling has picked up but it don't pay very good, anymore.
