Awesome. Yeah, I just had a phone interview with the guy. We set up a face-to-face interview for next week. He said I'd be averaging 14 hour days, 20 days on 10 days off. I'm really hoping I get it.
Outstanding, let us know how it. goes. Too many people get work and disappear, not letting us know what happened. Happy for you!
For those of you wondering about the winter (I have lived in North Dakota for 27 years and am 27) years old. Prepare for a god awful hell. I can only hope it isn't like it was the last year. The worst it has been in 10+ years. Constant wind. Cold from mid November probably until April. Short summers. Most don't make it here.
I only stay here for family. I would have moved YEARS ago if it weren't for them.

I'm talking -40 or worse with wind chills folks.
The summers are to die for, and winter is here to help.
Thank you for posting all of the pictures. They have been invaluable. There have been so many threads started and questions about mancamps,, it ha been unbelievable, but without pictures, how does one describe mancamp life? Great job, thank you for posting and enlightening those with questions.

No problem. I initially had questions before I started working in ND, so I assumed that others that were interested, had questions too. The next "picture thread" I make will be about the actual oil field work. I have a lot of pictures of different types of oil field positions being performed. Just have to organize about 1000 photos first.
