The economy in Bismarck is actually pretty hot right now but starting wage will depend on what kind of job you're looking for.

butiflygrls1220 is on a distinguished road
He is suppose to but we are not sure right now.But we have thought about going with out the job.At the plant now he is over the shipiing and receiving they also weld there.

Hey, sorry for not reasponding for a while. I hope you kept checking. I don't really know much about welding / shipping and receiving but I do know ND is one of 3 states that has actually added manufacturing jobs since 2000.
Best bet I would think is to call these people:

Thanks for the info but we deceided to move to Erie,PA. He is just going to transfer to the plant up there.
