Love the winter- we are "half-backs"

from s.fl/NY; right now we are in NE Tenn- I like what I have read about North Dakota- i love the cold- I would have to convince my husband-lol- he is a store mgr at Lowes so could really transfer anywhere- Tenn is a pretty state but I really want a change, and would like to get out of the "south" (the economy is not good here-just retail/service) we don't really get snow here- although today it was 30 degrees-

any thoughts?
