Default Apartment pet problem

The neighbor above me has a large dog that she keeps on her deck above mine. Occassionally, the dog urinates on the deck and it leaks down onto my patio. I've had to move my patio furniture and grill. The apartment manager has not responded to my concerns. Are there any North Dakota Health laws about this? Also, do I have any rights concerning this issue?

You have the right to put some ammonia in a spray bottle and to commence squirting the underside of her deck. If it were me, I would leave a small pathway from the patio door to a small section of decking so the dog will have somewhere to hang out.

I don't know about health laws, but I would go to your local State's Attorney, I think you may have a good case for for a nuisance lawsuit. He/she would be able to give you the best information on how to proceed.
