I am posting for my son who just arrived at his duty station at Minot AFB. The housing up there must be crazy as he is having a hard time finding something decent to rent. Thought perhaps someone on this site may be able to guide him to a nice place or give some suggestions. He is an officer but since he is single, he is not eligible to live in base housing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check with Signal Management Corporation- they manage a new apartment complex being built. I haven't heard what they're all about but I've rented through SMC before and they have been nothing but excellent with everything for me!

Housing shortage in Minot right now. Hard to find a decent place to rent!
